Gormley to donate severance pay to Greens and charity

The Green Party leader John Gormley has said he will give his ministerial severance payment away to charity and to the Green Party.

He made the remarks at the launch of his party's election manifesto in which the party pledges to create 25,000 jobs by investing €500m in a new retro-fit programme, to insulate a million homes by 2020.
