No more strikes: Key agreement reached in Aer Lingus dispute

A breakthrough has been reached in the Aer Lingus roster dispute after management and unions agreed the dispute would end and staff would be returned to the payroll.

The agreement is pending the outcome of a binding arbitration by the Labour Relations Commission which is expected within days.
