Economists have said it is "highly unlikely" Fine Gael will be able to renegotiate any significant changes to the EU/IMF bailout plan.

Economists have said it is "highly unlikely" Fine Gael will be able to renegotiate any significant changes to the EU/IMF bailout plan.

The party said it is determined to agree a more sustainable interest rate on the EU portion of the €85bn, if the party gets into Government, as the 6% charge is "penal".
