The Greens will today pass verdict on the Taoiseach Brian Cowen's explanation of dealings he had with the former Anglo chairman, Seán Fitzpatrick.

The Greens will today pass verdict on the Taoiseach Brian Cowen's explanation of dealings he had with the former Anglo chairman, Seán Fitzpatrick.

Last night, Mr Cowen insisted the claims of impropriety by him were "without foundation".
