Man quizzed in connection with Tralee gun attack

Gardaí in Co Kerry are questioning a man in connection with a gun attack in Tralee.

Four shots were fired at the back door of a house at An Fearann in Ardfert at around 10pm on Sunday night.

A family of two adults and four children were inside at the time but escaped uninjured.

The 51-year-old - who was arrested this morning - is being questioned at Tralee garda station under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
