Large truck blocks traffic on Dublin's South Quays

There are long delays on the South Quays in Dublin because a large truck is stuck on ice.

The lorry is blocking the road and gritters are on the way, but it will be another hour before it is cleared.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
