More than 100 trucks await 6,300 tonnes of salt in Cork

A fleet of trucks is standing by to distribute more than 6,000 of salt to local authorities across the country, after it arrives into the Port of Cork this morning.

The shipment is the latest in a series which will replenish Ireland's salt supplies to deal with further cold weather.
