Lenihan: Budget will 'force wealthy to pay most'

The Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan has defended the fairness of his budget and insists it will force high earners to pay the most.

The Budget will see child benefit slashed by €10, there will be a €9 cut in the dole while thousands of low earners will be brought into the tax net.
