Call centre to create 33 jobs in Co Donegal

A new emergency call answering service centre is to create 33 jobs in Ballyshannon in Co. Donegal this afternoon.

The new posts are being created with the opening of the new service at the IT centre in Portnason.

The service will result in the employment of a hundred people, with the Donegal facility one of three centres which will process up to four million emergency calls per year.
