Surgery services to resume in Navan hospital

The HSE has informed surgeons at Navan hospital that surgery will resume there in the near future.

However, no specific date has been given and it is not known whether acute services will be included.

The Save Navan Hospital Campaign says if the reports are confirmed, it will be a significant step forward for the group.

Over the last two months, 15,000 people have signed a petition in support of vital services at Our Lady's Hospital in Navan.
