Teen accused of Michaela Davis killing further remanded

The teenager accused of killing Dublin schoolgirl Michaela Davis whose body was found by the Royal Canal has been further remanded today.

Jonathan Byrne of Lohunda Downs in Clonsilla is charged with murdering the 12-year-old on the Porterstown Road in the early hours of Saturday August 28 last.

The book of evidence is to be served on the 19-year-old when he returns to court on December 7.
