Kenny: By-election is a 'national question'

The Fine Gael Leader Enda Kenny has said the by-election in the Donegal South-West constituency is a "national question" and not a contest about local issues.

Mr Kenny made the comments in Donegal Town today after he addressed a cross-border forum on tourism.

He said: "The election is a statement about the country and about the incompetence and mismanagement by the Government."
