Andrews apologises to Roscommon case children

Children's Minister Barry Andrews has apologised to the six children in the Roscommon child-care case who were failed by the State.

Yesterday the HSE issued an "unequivocal and unreserved" apology for the failure of the health service to keep the children free of harm.
