Three arrested in connection with Dublin assault

Gardaí investigating a serious assault on a man in Dublin earlier today have arrested three men.

The 41-year-old man was attacked at the junction of Oriel Street and Seville Place shortly after 8am this morning.

He received serious injuries in the assault and was treated at the Mater Hospital.

Two men - aged in their 50s and 30s - have been arrested along with a teenager.

All three are are being questioned by gardaí at Store Street Garda Station.
