Aer Lingus work-to-rule beginning today
The union representing cabin crew at Aer Lingus says it does not expect disruption from a work-to-rule, which is starting today.
The 1,300 staff, members of the union IMPACT, are reverting to old rosters rather than working new ones being implemented by management.
The airline says the changes are an essential part of a €90m cost-saving plan.
But IMPACT says the new rosters go beyond what was agreed at arbitration.
The company has warned staff they could be removed from the payroll, as a result of the action.
