HSE under scrutiny over irregularities in spending

HSE management is under the spotlight again today in the aftermath of a leaked internal report.

The audit, which is due to be discussed by an Oireachtas Committee tomorrow, documents major irregularities in the operation of a €60m training programme for lower grade health service workers.
