Dublin house prices down 50% from peak, says report

House prices in the capital has fallen by more than 50% since the height of the boom in 2006, according to new figures released today.

That is according to the report from Sherry Fitzgerald, which show the average cost of a second-hand home in Dublin has dropped by 2% in the third quarter.
