Gardaí question two in connection with tiger kidnapping
Two people remain in Garda custody in connection with the kidnapping of bank official and former Kilkenny hurler Adrian Ronan and his family last year.
Mr Ronan's wife was held hostage while he was ordered to take €3m in cash from the Bank of Ireland branch on Parliament Street where he worked.
She was later released unharmed and the gang got away empty handed.
A man in his 30s and a woman in her 20s were arrested in Dublin yesterday.
They are being held under Sections 50 and 30 of the Offences Against the State Act respectively at Kilkenny Garda Station.
