Suspect device found in Dublin

Gardai are investigating the discovery of a suspect device in Dublin this morning.

The alarm was raised after the device was found on Oliver Plunkett Avenue, in the Monkstown Farm area, at around 8.50am.

The area has been sealed off, nearby houses have been evacuated, and the army bomb disposal team is at the scene.
