Dublin family challenge eviction in court

A Dublin family have brought a High Court challenge to their eviction from local authority housing.

Christopher and Ann Moore are taking an action against Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council after the sheriff removed them from their home in Gleanntan, Loughlinstown for non-payment of rent.
