Businessman Denis O'Brien has said the Moriarty Tribunal "lacks credibility".

Thirteen years have passed since the investigation into the awarding of a second mobile phone licence to Esat Digifone in the 1990's began.

Up to €200m of taxpayers money has been spent on the tribunal and there is still no report into the Tribunal's findings.

Mr O'Brien says he can't understand why Michael Anderson - who he refers to as 'the star witness who ran the licence process' - has yet to appear before the Tribunal when he requested to do so over five months ago:
