Fallon & Byrne named on tax defaulters list
Dublin restaurant Fallon & Byrne was today named and shamed on the tax defaulters list.
Husband and wife Paul Byrne and Fiona McHugh, who run the upmarket eatery, made a settlement of €733,719 for under-declaration of VAT, which included €371,245 in fines and penalties.
