Unionists begin case to unseat Sinn Féin MP
Unionists in the North are this morning set to begin a legal bid to unseat a Sinn Féin MP.
The historic court case is an attempt to overturn the controversial result of the Fermanagh - South Tyrone constituency in this year's UK General Election.
After three re-counts, just four votes separated the winner Sinn Féin's Michelle Gildernew and the United Unionist candidate Rodney Conor.
Unionists are challenging the result and the hearing in Dungannon is due to last three days.
