Sinn Féin to focus on economy at Ard Comhairle
Soaring unemployment and the banking crisis will top the agenda at today's meeting of the Sinn Féin Ard Comhairle in Dublin.
The party leadership will also discuss its legal moves to force the Government to hold the Donegal South-West by-election.
“We think it’s beyond time for a General Election,” said Sinn Féin Deputy Leader Mary Lou McDonald.
“We insist that the Government does the correct thing and the democratic thing and hold those by-elections now.”
