FF TD calls for awards for 'outstanding' citizens
A Fianna Fáil TD is calling on the Taoiseach Brian Cowen to introduce a formal award recognising the contribution of outstanding citizens.
Deputy Chris Andrews has said Ireland should recognise the contribution citizens make to the arts, sports and business.
