Man dies in motorcycle accident in Westmeath

A motorcyclist in his early 20s has died following a crash in Co Westmeath.

The man was killed after his motorbike hit a wall at Cornamaddy in Athlone at around 7pm yesterday evening.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
