Financial Regulator recommends new mortgage re-payment terms

There is renewed hope for mortgage holders whose re-payments have fallen into arrears.

New plans revealed by the Financial Regulator today recommend an extension to the one-year moratorium on house re-possessions that the banks recently agreed to.
