Report highlights 'ghost estate' dangers

A new report is highlighting dangerous conditions in so-called 'ghost estates', with one in four posing serious health and environmental risks.

Open manholes, incomplete sewage systems, water contamination and unfinished roads all feature in the report of the study that was ordered by the Department of the Environment.
