ESB to begin building Co Derry wind farm

The ESB is to begin construction on a new wind farm in Co. Derry.

The project, Curryfree wind farm, is due to be completed by August 2011.

It is hoped when the wind farm is up and running it will generate enough renewable energy to power 8,000 homes.
