A man has been arrested after a four-hour long stand-off with PSNI officers at a property in Belfast.

A man has been arrested after a four-hour long stand-off with PSNI officers at a property in Belfast.

The man, who was uninjured, left the flat late last evening after discussions with a police negotiator.
