Revenue: Top earners using tax breaks to slash bills

Some of Ireland's top earners are paying as little as 4% income tax.

New figures for 2008 from the Revenue Commissioners reveal that many of our highest paid workers are still using legal tax allowances to slash their bill to the lowest possible level.
