Gardaí appeal for witnesses to death in Cork

Gardaí in Cork are appealing for information on an incident in which a young woman died.

At around 7am on Wednesday morning, Gardaí were called to Carrolls Quay in the city after a young woman fell from the Camden Court Apartments.

She was rushed to Cork University Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the apartments, which are opposite Carrolls Quay Car Park between 6.30am and 7am this morning to contact Mayfield Garda Station on 021-455 8510 or any other station.
