Taoiseach refuses to speculate on Budget measures

Taoiseach Brian Cowen has reacted angrily at the continued speculation as to what may or may not be in December's Budget.

It has been reported that plans to tax child benefit may be shelved, while it is also been suggested that a property tax cannot happen in this year's Budget.
