Kelly: Callely should have to pay a penalty

Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly has said Senator Ivor Callely should be forced to pay a penalty, as well as the money he claimed in expenses.

The Seanad Committee on Members' Interests found that the Fianna Fáil senator had intentionally misrepresented his holiday home in Cork as being his primary residence to claim expenses of over €80,000.
