Logan renews call for referendum on children's rights

There have been further calls for a constitutional referendum on the rights of the child, following the publication of the Ombudsman for Children's annual report earlier this week.

In its latest report, the children's watchdog said that issues raised in the Ryan report into clerical sex abuse are "still alive and well".
