The Central Criminal Court has heard evidence about a conversation during which a man on trial for murder told his friend that he was out hijacking cars when he “knocked down” a man.

Daniel Mulholland (aged 23), who is the central witness in the murder trial of Angelo O'Riordan, also told the court that his friend said he could hear the man screaming but he just “kept going.”
