Man accused of raping his children encouraged her to escape care home, court hears

A 73-year-old accused of raping and sexually abusing three of his children allegedly encouraged one to run away from the care home she was taken into so he could rape her.

The accused allegedly gave his then 10-year-old daughter money for a bicycle so she could run away from the HSE home and also bought her mobile phones so she could contact him once she escaped.
