Charity: Minimum wage campaign could be devastating for poor

The Society of St Vincent de Paul is warning that the campaign being run by IBEC and ISME to lower the minimum wage could have a devastating effect on already hard-hit families.

According to the Society, more than 600,000 people are living in poverty and almost 200,000 of these are children.
