Anglo agrees to supply confidential files to investigation

Anglo Irish Bank has agreed to hand over confidential material to an investigation led by the Director of Corporate Enforcement.

The Commercial Court was informed the nationalised lender reconsidered a claim of privilege over data relating to employees following negotiations with the Attorney General and the Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan.
