No plans to increase fees, says VHI

The VHI said today that it is not planning to pass on any increased costs to customers in the short term.

That is despite the voluntary health insurer posting losses of €41.7m last year.

It also lost 120,000 customers in 2009, some of whom dropped out of the health insurance market but the majority switched provider.
