Lowry insists amendments to Dog Breeding Bill secured

Independent TD Michael Lowry is adamant he has secured amendments to the Dog Breeding Bill.

Environment Minister John Gormley this morning insisted that he has not made amendments to the Bill for specific sectors involved in dog breeding.
