Fine Gael TD walks out of Dáil to protest funding cuts for disabled

A Fine Gael TD has stormed out of the Dáil chamber after the Taoiseach defended cuts in services to people with disabilities.

David Stanton walked out as Brian Cowen insisted changes have to be made on how we spend the €1bn budget in this area.
