Teenager in hospital after road accident

A 14-year-old boy is critical but stable at Beamont Hospital in Dublin following a road accident in Co Donegal.

The teenager was hit by a car on the Port Road in Letterkenny yesterday afternoon.

It is understood the boy is Norwegian, and was in Donegal as an exchange student.
