Kenny 'has support of majority'

Enda Kenny’s supporters today insisted he had the majority of the party on side ahead of the Fine Gael leadership showdown.

Phil Hogan, a frontbencher who put himself forward as an ardent Kenny backer, said the leader had secured enough votes last night.
