SIPTU conducting internal inquiries over 'missing' €2.3m

SIPTU has this evening responded to the Health Service Executive, which earlier said it was concerned about what happened to over €2m paid to SIPTU for staff training.

An internal audit carried out by the HSE in September revealed that €2.353m was paid to the trade union between 2002 and 2009 but no receipts were received.
