A man is being treated in hospital in the North after being shot in west Belfast last night.

A man is being treated in hospital in the North after being shot in west Belfast last night.

It is understood the 26-year-old was shot in both legs in the Lagmore area of Dunmurry.

He is being treated in hospital where his condition is not known.

The PSNI is appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
