Former Fianna Fáil Minister Mary O'Rourke says her party intends to stay in Government, despite an opinion poll which shows a majority in favour of a General Election.

The poll, carried in today's Irish Times, shows a significant number of people do not want Enda Kenny or Brian Cowen as Taoiseach after an election.

Fine Gael Senator Pascal Donohoe admits the poll is a blow to his party, and leader Enda Kenny, but that Fine Gael is not concerned.
