Honohan: Bank bosses, Government and regulator share blame

Banking chiefs, the Government and the financial services watchdog were to blame for the economic meltdown, the Government’s chief banker said today.

Central Bank governor Patrick Honohan also rubbished the idea that the collapse of Lehman Brothers in the US sparked Ireland’s downfall.
