Jury sworn in for murder trial

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court to try a 43-year-old Dublin man charged with murdering his wife.

Brian Vickers has pleaded not guilty to the murder of 43-year-old Joan Vickers but guilty to her manslaughter on April 20, 2009 at their home on Shelmalier Road, East Wall.
