IMC report will highlight dissident threat: Ahern

The latest report from the Independent Monitoring Commission will describe the threat posed by dissident republicans as "significant and severe", according to Justice Minister Dermot Ahern.

The Minister said dissident groups were expanding their capabilities and becoming more adept at bomb-making.
